D\u00fcnya genelinde elektri\u011fe ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na eri\u015fim, uygulanan politikalar ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ulusal ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi ve kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 sa\u011flar (EU,2021). K\u00fcresel enerji kaynakl\u0131 CO2 emisyonlar\u0131 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda 33 gigaton (Gt) olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti (IEA,2021). T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise toplam sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda 506,1 Mt CO2 e\u015fde\u011feri oldu. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc emisyonlar\u0131 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda, 364,4 Mt CO2 e\u015fde\u011feri, end\u00fcstriyel i\u015flemler ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131 ise 56,4 Mt CO2 e\u015fde\u011feri olarak hesapland\u0131 (TU\u0130K, 2021).<\/p><p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in Kyoto Protokol\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ard\u0131ndan, Paris Antla\u015fmas\u0131, k\u00fcresel sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n %55\u2019ini olu\u015fturan en az 55 taraf\u0131n anla\u015fmay\u0131 onaylamas\u0131 ko\u015fulunun kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 sonucunda, 4 Kas\u0131m 2016 itibariyle y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir. Hedef, k\u00fcresel ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sanayile\u015fme \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6neme g\u00f6re 2\u00b0C alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131; tercihen art\u0131\u015f\u0131n 1,5\u00b0C\u2019nin alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7abalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesidir. \u00dclkemizin 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2015 tarihinde Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00c7er\u00e7eve S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019ne (BM\u0130D\u00c7S) sundu\u011fu Niyet Edilen Ulusal Katk\u0131 Beyan\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda referans senaryoya g\u00f6re art\u0131\u015ftan %21 oran\u0131na kadar azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr (\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, 2021). AB \u00fcye \u00fclkelerinin, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 azalt\u0131m hedefi %40, enerji verimlili\u011fi art\u0131\u015f hedefi ise en az % 27 olarak belirlenmi\u015fken, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanan Avrupa Birli\u011fi Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131, bu hedefi daha da ileri ta\u015f\u0131yarak sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda %55 oran\u0131nda azaltmay\u0131, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise karbon n\u00f6tr olmay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015ftir (WWF, 2021).<\/p><p>Enerji verimlili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 benimsenen politika ara\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 arenada mutabakata var\u0131lan uluslararas\u0131 anla\u015fmalarda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan tedbir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, \u00fclkemizde de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam etmektedir.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fa86ac6 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fa86ac6\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3001514\" data-id=\"3001514\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e385531 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e385531\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p><b style=\"color: #0c7397; font-size: 26px;\">Enerji Verimlili\u011fi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Kapsam\u0131nda<\/b><br><b style=\"color: #0c7397; font-size: 26px;\">Enerji Verimli Motor ve Motor Sistemlerinin \u00d6nemi ve Faydalar\u0131 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.resmigazete.gov.tr\/eskiler\/2012\/02\/20120225-7.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Strateji Belgesi<\/a>&nbsp;ile 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin GSY\u0130H ba\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcketilen enerji miktar\u0131n\u0131n (enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu) 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 de\u011ferine g\u00f6re en az %20 azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015ftir. Bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in 7 adet stratejik ama\u00e7 belirlenmi\u015f, ilgili ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in de kamu, sanayi ve hizmet sekt\u00f6rlerinde, binalarda, motorlu ta\u015f\u0131tlarda, elektrik iletim ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m hatlar\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011finin ve elektrikli ekipmanlar\u0131n piyasa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla eylemler ve sorumlu kurumlar belirlenmi\u015ftir. Sanayide bu pay %70&#8217;in \u00fczerindedir. T\u00fcm motor sisteminin optimize edilmesi ile ortalamada %20-30 oran\u0131nda enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan \u0130malat Sanayisinde Kullan\u0131lan Elektrik Motorlar\u0131n\u0131n Envanter Analizi Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re, 7.5 kW ve \u00fczeri motorlar\u0131n %65\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n IE1, %27\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n ise IE2 oldu\u011fu belirlenerek, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6nerilen IE3 verim s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 motorlar\u0131n oran\u0131n\u0131n sadece %1 oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015f ve motor d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyelinin \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu sonu\u00e7lara dayanarak KOB\u0130\u2019lerde Enerji Verimli Motorlar\u0131n Te\u015fvik Edilmesi Projesi (TEVMOT) ba\u015flat\u0131larak, KOSGEB i\u015f birli\u011finde belirlenen 7 OSB kapsam\u0131nda g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olan KOB\u0130\u2019ler i\u00e7in finansal destek mekanizmas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur.
